PLEASE RESCHEDULE IF YOU:
√ Have traveled within the last 14 days
√ Have participated in anything involving large groups (more than 50)
√ Have had recent contact with people who have tested positive for Covid-19 or are awaiting test results for Covid-19
√ If you have any symptoms of viral or bacterial illness, including fever, cough, or runny nose
OUR THERAPIST WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO CANCEL IF ANY OF THESE APPLY TO THEM
6 FEET DISTANCING
We ask that you simple respect other people's personal space. It is suggested to stay 6 feet away from anyone else in the common areas within a building. If another client happens to be in the waiting room please be considerate until it's your turn, while waiting to pay or until the therapist takes you to the treatment room.
We are allowing extra time between clients to take extra precautions in sanitizing and less traffic at one time in the waiting area. We may contact you to adjust your time a little bit so we can have extra time between clients. Also our Massage Therapists will be wearing masks and avoiding massaging your face until we feel the threat of Covid-19 has passed.
And we have plenty of professionally washed and sanitized hand towels, sanitizer and antibacterial soap! No need to ask, please go ahead and help yourself.

REIMBURSEMENTS AND PURCHASES
Promotions and Discounts will be honored according to expiration dates listed on certificates. Any packages purchases within a year of purchase may be refunded according to amount remaining after deducting the value of previously received massage at full value. Example, if you purchased a package of 3 massages for a promotional rate of $150.00 and used one massage, but want the other two massages refunded. The value refunded would be 150.00-65.00 or the price of the full price service you received. In this case the amount refunded would be 85.00 dollars. After an expiration date, I may choose to honor the certificate or not depending on individual circumstances. Purchases made via credit card can be refunded within 120 days back to the original card if a receipt or credit card number is available (I need something to look up the sale, a name does not give me enough information). After 120 days if still within the first year of purchase, refund will be made with a business check.
